Strength and Conditioning Staff:



Joe Horrigan, DC, CSCS

Dr. Horrigan is the President of a chiropractic sports medicine facility known
as the West Coast Soft Tissue Center. He serves several roles and positions on the
sports medicine team including Team Chiropractor and Strength and Conditioning Coach
for the Long Beach Ice Dogs International Hockey League Team, Vice-President of the
American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, and author of the IRONMAN Sports
Medicine Column. Dr. Horrigan is the chiropractic consultant for the Center for
Athletic Medicine and Training to Win.


David Good, CSCS SSC
A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, David has been a speed-strength
and conditioning coach for the West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation for over a year.
While at the University of Colorado, he completed a two year internship with the speed-
strength and conditioning program as a student assistant under the instruction of E.J.
"Doc" Kreis, D.A.. David also serves as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Loyola
Marymount University and assistant for the Long Beach Ice Dogs. He also provides
individual strength coaching for members of the Los Angeles Kings and the Association of
Volleyball Professionals.
